MAKE THE STATE AND FEDERAL MINIMUM WAGES A PERCENTAGE OF THE COUNTY'S PER CAPITA GDP.

I WOULD RECOMMEND 65% BEFORE TAXES, 50% AFTER TAXES.

YOU COULD USE ANOTHER PERCENTAGE.

BUT RAISE THE STATE AND FEDERAL MINIMUM WAGES TO A PERCENTAGE OF COUNTY PER CAPITA
GDP.

OTHER MINIMUM WAGES ARE THE CITY MINIMUM WAGE, AND THE COUNTY MINIMUM WAGE.

BUT IN NEW YORK CITY, THE CITY IS BIGGER THAN THE COUNTIES, AND INCLUDES FIVE
COUNTIES/BOROUGHS.

IF COUNTY PER CAPITA GDP IS LOWER THAN LOWEST STATE'S IN THE UNION PER CAPITA GDP,
USE LOWEST STATE'S IN THE UNION PER CAPITA GDP.

IF COUNTY PER CAPITA GDP IS HIGHER THAN HIGHEST STATE'S IN THE UNION PER CAPITA
GDP, USE HIGHEST STATE'S IN THE UNION PER CAPITA GDP.

NOT TO BE CHANGED BY NEW STATES ADMITTED TO THE UNION, UNLESS REASSESSED AT THAT TIME.

COUNTIES AND CITIES CAN STILL HAVE THEIR OWN HIGHER MINIMUM WAGES IF NECESSARY!

NO MINIMUM WAGE IS AN ECONOMIC FALLACY. IT'S AGAINST FREE MARKETS. IT'S AGAINST
ALL ECONOMICS.
