Democracy played no part. This is what is happening all across our public parks,
and even streets and libraries today.
Where are your open tracks America?
People do not start out jogging STREETS, they start out jogging tracks, in the
fresh air, with prana, then they build up their muscles greatly, before after a
year or two, they are developed enough to run streets, and their developed muscles
protect their joints to a great degree, before jogging on hard asphault or
sidewalks. Most people, do not already have this strength going, as it takes 1-2
years of consistent training. This proves, that with "shut-down," and with out of
business health clubs, there is no cheap exercise option for the masses.
Cardiovascular disease and COVID are the number one, and number two, killers in
the nation, and both are substantially lessened by jogging and other exercise.
Is the local high school track, which is locked and says "No Tresspassing,"
apparently forever, a public track?
Are the local high school tennis courts, which are locked with 30 foot high
fences, apparently forever, public tennis courts?
It's not just here, it's everywhere across the State. I don't want to move, and
have to deal with another School Board.
This applies to UC and CSU as well.
Even the private University of USC has its track open to the public, at least part
of the time!
Please make sure, all public school tracks and outdoor athletic courts and fields,
are open to public use, 24 hours per day, when not in use by a school or reserved
event.
